CARROLLTON, Ky. — Carrollton is one step closer to beginning work on an RV park, as design plans for Two Rivers RV Park arrived at City Hall on Monday, reported the Madison Courier.
There will be 33 campsites, trimmed from 40, to incorporate a pavilion and amphitheater in the campground.
The RV park will include water, sewer, electricity, and cable and wireless Internet. Campers will be able to stay up to two weeks, with an estimated charge of $60 a night.
“I’m going to make this a Cadillac. I’m trying to make the best campsite (campers have) ever been to,” said Mayor Gene McMurry.
